During my stay at Guitart in La Molina, I found two features to be quite positive. the room was clean and tidy when we arrived, which is always a great first impression. the room had a balcony or patio, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
One minor negative aspect of the stay was the lack of information provided by the reception and concierge. When asking for directions to a nearby small supermarket or pharmacy, they simply stated, "I am not from here.

We had a great meal at El Tirol, located just a short walk away, making it very convenient being close to the airport, and having a kitchenette was a significant advantage during our stay.

The staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel very convenient for those going to ski.
The rooms are not very well sound-proofed. Fortunately, we were there at the end of the ski season so there was not a lot of people there. Also, they used a very strong cleaning product in our bedroom so we had to open the windows while we were inside (and it was cold!). Last, despite a sign warning that the jacuzzis are not meant for younger kids, parents completely ignore this and most of the time we had to share the hot tubs with kids being left alone there (and playing) while their parents are relaxing in the sauna!

The hotel is in a great location, adjacent to a train station. A kitchen was included. I used private parking on-site...

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the aparthotel in La Molina. The decoration of the hotel's general areas was simply charming and created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The soft lighting and warm color schemes added a touch of elegance and comfort to the surroundings. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in making the hotel easily accessible for people of all ages. The wide hallways and well-placed handrails made navigating the hotel effortless and safe.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience, especially for senior people, is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding towards the specific needs of older guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and could benefit from more training in providing excellent customer service.

To have to pay 10€ per person extra for the use of the swimming pool when you are a resident.- The hotel was in many details neglected. Dirt in the kitchen, showerhead hardly working, missing lightbulb in bedside light. Compared to regular stays in appartments very poor in comfort.

Reasonably sized apartment for 4 adults (45 m2) with small kitchen
*The room was poorly cleaned - there was even old food in the fridge. *We booked for 4 people but room was prepared for only 2 people. *The reception is only open 16-20 hrs so when we found out that we have only 3 pillows between 4 people we could not do anything about it - just had to use towel as a pillow. The description says there is a restaurant for dinner and a swimming pool. This is not true - restaurant is only open in winter and pool costs 10 euro per person per day to use, i.e. extra 40 euro on top of the 90 euro accommodation cost. This is not a good value if you want to have a 10 min swim in the small pool.

The location of this hotel is great for those who want to ski, as it is very close to the slopes. there is a basic supermarket and other facilities nearby. the apartments are spacious and offer nice views of the mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful during the stay.
The hotel lacks certain amenities that could make the stay more enjoyable, such as the absence of a real lounge area or a satisfactory spa experience.

Great place for a romantic escape. the spa was amazing, with an indoor pool and jacuzzi that we loved. the restaurant had a great variety of dishes and the portions were very generous. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to be reliable in the rooms. the location was a little hard to find and we had some trouble navigating the area at night.

Fantastic Location for Skiing - This hotel is situated right next to the ski pistes and chair lift, making it the perfect base for your skiing adventure. It's like having your own private ski-in/ski-out access.
WiFi Access Limitations - The WiFi access was only available in the lobby, where it was crowded with students. Paying an additional fee for limited access on one device felt inconvenient.
